Ok so this is my first character and im parting with him, sadly.

The BAD NEWS:

-9.9 Sec status. Sorry, its been this way for 4+ years and i despise grinding. So, there's a DISCOUNT due to this flaw. If a pirate buys him so much the better, he can easily sit and permatank any gate guns and tackle hostiles as is.

A zillion other random skills
Heavy Dictor trained (minnie+Amarr)
HAC's 4 (Minnie+Amarr)
Light Dictor (Minnie+Amarr)

Know what, being by first character back in 07 I didnt know what i was doing, so i trained across the board. Armor, Shield, etc etc. This guy is on the verge of being a master pilot in almost any minnie or Amarr cap or T2 ship around with a little more training. Im starting over in EvE though and I need the proceeds of Honest to pay for my new life, so im prepared to entertain most FAIR offers.

Starting Bid: 5b
Buy Out: 10b (Too high? I dunno, due to the sec status being so bad make an offer!)

3 hours is fine, though being 2:30 am here I may myself end up passed out and unavailable for a few hours so the delay is fine.
