I'm curious how this service can be put into pratice.

The only options for recruiting players that I know of are:

- Eve gate recruiting forum
- Eve Uni recruiting forum
- In-game advert
- In-game recruitment channel
- Throwing out cantainers all over the place (This has negative effects as well)


What kind of service is it you're looking for?

sometimes it can help to have a dedicated professional running HR. Im not on all day nor do i want to spend all my game time recruiting. Basically what i seek is a player or corp who will be willing to tajke pay on a per recruitment basis. How they do it, i don't really care. If the applicant passes my screening process, the recruiter gets paid.
