Its not 0.3 space, it's -0.3 space. Things have changed since you last played, and "0.0" isn't the lowest rating you will see any longer. Keep that in mind =)

You are nuts. I woke up from a coma 3 weeks ago and had a heart attack because I realized I lost a couple years worth of EVE training time.

Dude, you left all your stuff in Sov Nullsec when you left without bothering to Evac to HS while the station owners were still friendly. It's gonna take some effort to get your stuff out. That effort falls on your shoulders. If you just want to play without the effort, then pod yourself to HS and start fresh. This effort is to get your stuff available to you, not to be able to play, since you can certainly play without stuff.

Don't look at offices there, look at what alliance owns the station; figure out who's blue to them (if you lived in Sov null before, you should be familiar with this stuff) and find some recruitment threads on the forums among the renters or the alliance and (after leaving a jump clone behind) join up from somewhere in HS.


If it really is 0.3 (or Lowsec), just hire Black Frog or Push Industries and they'll jump it out for you.
