When I got back in, the overview was gone for a while and I re-appeared in the middle of the Sun(???). The Sun kicked my ship at an insane speed in a random direction. I guess the server is still in Skynet mode.

After I managed to log back in to the character selection screen, after several failed attempts to actually get in-game from that point, there was a "lolz we r restart nao kk" message. Sent out after the initial crash. No psychics necessary.
