Jeremy Tacs and "A Worthy Task" Mission

I have been waiting forever to do this mission, and was told by a GM that
there is no intention of ever bringing the mission back. I spent a long time getting my
security status to +5 and it seems bogus that the mission was just removed with
no real explanation I have seen other than that "people had found a way to farm it, when it
was supposed to be only once per character". Why can't the mission be fixed so it is
working properly, otherwise, why leave Jeremy Tacs in Mandoo at all, if he has no further
purpose, just remove him.

Just my 2 isk worth.
