Market cache files being automatically deleted...

So I took a couple of months break from EVE and have just returned. While I was away I did a fresh install of my operating system (Win 7 Home Prem. 64). Before this I was using the Reverence library to decode some of the market data in the cache files and everything was working fine.

However, now it seems like the market cache files (in the 'CachedMethodCalls' folder) are being automatically deleted after about 30 sec? The other cache files in the folder seem to unaffected. I'm not sure if it is the EVE client that is responsible or not since I generated a market cache file and then immediately closed EVE, but the file still got deleted...

Has anyone else had this issue? Where there some patch notes I missed, etc? Or is there some weird voodoo happening on my end?

Hmm turns out I had EVEMon running in the background and its Market Uploader tool was to blame... Just as well there is an option to disable it :)
