Basically the new Wardec change prohibits individual from Corp/Alliance shopping where 5 day timer (stasis) is started when they leave a corp who is under wardec. Cool beans - working as intended.

However those who are doubling down their hobby investment and adding a 2nd account, may simply need to move a character get stuck in the same stasis if you're in the wardec'd corp/alliance.

I'm more than half way through mine so obviously there nothing for me to do here. In the future you might want to add logic statement on that stasis period where the stasis is not applicable if the pilot has been attached the the account for less than 48 hours. That would pretty much eliminate the character transfer folks from the stasis penalty. I mean sure one could say that would let combat pilots transfer accounts and subvert the wardec change, while it would it would be at a hell of a cost. I mean you have to pay for a new account....
