Ask for around 14b and you'll get a buyer. It's not a focused toon. An indy player would want less PVP skillpoints and a PVP player will consider everything you have in mining/exhumers/science etc as a waste of skillpoints. It's a jack of all trades and unfortunately that lowers it's value.
