Problem: Plastic packages are totally immune to lasers so there is no way they can be broken outside the universal station packaging machine. Personally I cannot unpack them on POS structures.
Solution: Allow breaking packages inside POS structures.

Pros: It will allow players to create trust-based courier contracts with POS as destination either for k and w-space POSes.

Cons: It will allow use of freighter to deliver unpacked ships to w-space which is probably more cheating solution than a carrier because freighter has less mass and those ships can contain anything inside their cargohold while ships in carrier's sma can only contain paste and charges.

Alternative solution: Allow unpackaged ships to be carried within freighters cargo. This one is much more uncomfortable in a way of sorting stuff of different owners, but with same Pros and Cons other way.
