The buyer can verify who I am, or rather if I am qualified to secure this sale, if he checks the link from my signature.
As long as the alliance was made ​​by me I don't see the point to ask for any fee.

Also I'm pretty sure that OP agrees with Chribba or Darknesss as third party if the buyer pays the fee.
