So, I played about a year ago last time.

When I played there was agent quality or something that seems to be missing now, I remember that when i grinded fed navy standings best agent I had at level4 was -10 or something. Now the quality is missing, so is there any difference in agent missions and rewards? or are all the agents of the same level at levelfield regarding isk and LP rewards?.

And, what happened to navy agents, ive been playing for week now and I havent got single seprentis mission on my security agent in sing laison :C.

thanks, and sorry for my english

Quality was removed. All agents of a particular corp, level and division are now identical. Security status where the agent is located still matters (lower sec status -> better rewards) but quality does not.

Nothing. You're getting unlucky.

To be more precize, they change all the agents to:

All agents now have the required standings like they used to be with a -20 Quality.
All agents now pay out rewards like they used to be with +20 Quality.

CCP did this in the hopes of spreading people out more over high-sec, instead of making all people stick to couple of systems with the best agents. But as now the only real variable into payout is security level of the system, all the mission runners gather around at level 4 agents in a 0.5 system.

So required standings for agents is much easier now:

Level 2 = 1.0 standings toward either corp or faction
Level 3 = 3.0 standings
Level 4 = 5.0 standings

Hello Laskeuma

If you want to read more on the changes, check out the devblog: Agents made Easy.
The changes was implemented with Incursion 1.5

All agents now give rewards, as if they had maximum base quality (20) but the standing requirements for using the agent was reduced as if the agents had the lowest base quality (-20).
As Kahega Amielden said above, the security of system still affects rewards.

Another change that was made, was to agent divisions. So instead of giving out different types of missions based on change, there's now only 4 divisions.

Security - For combat encounters
Mining - For mining missions
Distribution - For courier missions

R&D agents haven't changed

R&D changed, they changed the way you collect Datacores with the latest expansion (besides RP you now also have to pay ISK)

Hi J'Poll

Yes, it is correct that the way you get datacores was recently changed
You can read more about these changes here

I apologize if the meaning of my above post was unclear.
I was addressing the changes to agent divisions, and was simply saying that in regards to this, research agents remained the same as before.

There are a lot of people who are very sour about datacore production being moved away from people with the science skills trained, into the hands of people shooting each other for fun and profit.
