It is expected to be returned to service by 15:10 UTC. Downtime has been extended to 16:00 UTC. New Tranquility up-time is expected to be 17:00 UTC

Well, take a look at what they actually broke. They broke their "hardware storage", IE hard drives. The previous planned extended downtime was because they were working on that. Either they broke something or they had replaced some of them and a few newly installed defective units just failed today.

Either way, it takes quite a bit longer than their foolishly optimistic estimates to replace physical storage and restore data from backups.
