2 Suggestions: Solar System/Region Advertising Noticeboard and Attribute Point Purchases

Just a couple of suggestions please...

1) A solar system or region based Advertising Noticeboard so that either as an individual or a corporation you can pay a fee and put up information related to your corp, system or region. I asked this of a CCP guy one day in help channel and he said that you guys were already thinking about such an idea. Is that true?

2) Purchasing individual Attribute Points. Implants can only do so much and if there aren't going to be any new advancements to implants in the forseeable future, being able to purchase individual attribute points would be another way players could customise their characters training and development times.
