It depends what you are asking.

I've had tickets responded within five minutes, around 5-10 times. I've also had tickets that been taking weeks, in one case more than a month.

It's bullshit to claim that tickets always take time tho. And it's not only stuck-petitions that gets reacted to immediately. I've had GM's reply to tickets where I just ask for a rule clarification and similar, and it took them sub 5mins to do so. I give CCP alot of **** on these forums, and they usually deserve it, but when it comes to ticket responses they're quite reasonable. The cases that take long is usually low prio-, or simply eat up alot of time/resources to investigate. Quite unfair to give CCP crap in that regard. Now, if you just want to bash CCP, I'm all for it, but then we'd need to swap subject first. P
