Character Bazaar

I'm not too particular on the race, not looking for anything specialized either.
Corp management is the only skill I really consider non applicable.

Things I don't care about:

- Security Status, I operate mostly in null and will rat it back up to acceptable
- As previously mentioned Corp management skills are considered a waste
- PI skills are also lowly ranked

All offers will be looked at however those with the following skills/abilities will rank higher.

- Exploration (scanning/hacking/analyzing etc) skills (3 or higher)
- Cross training, I like to have a wide range of ships at my disposal, all sub cap non industrials will be given extra merit
- Good Core skills
- Recon ships are a plus but by no means required

I am figuring high 20mils low 30mils SP

I'm not looking for haggling Post (from the Character for sale) the eveboard and the buyout price, Not looking for an auction looking to make a purchase. Highlight anything you think makes the character stand out in your post as well.

I am looking for that non-specialized toon that you can't seem to sell to anyone else! So bring on the offers!
