Web or Tracking Disrupter?

Solo piracy Incursus.

Normally I stick with the holy trinity, but lately I've been considering to switch from a web to a tracking disrupter. The only reason I really have to use a web is if I'm jumping a frigate or killing off drones. However, if I don't really go after frigs since the risk vs reward factor isn't in my favor, and as a frigate I don't really need to web drones to be able to hit them. So I've been considering putting a tracking disrupter to increase my tank. What does S&M think?

if your cpu and capacitor don't mind, then go for it.
