Isk received however CCP have thrown a spanner in the works;

Issues with character transfers

We have noticed issues with character transfers today, June 27, and have temporarily disabled this option until further notice. The resonsible developer team is working on restoring this service again, a solution can be expected on Thursday, June 28.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

CCP's transfer service is down. No use in putting a petition in while they have stated you can't transfer a character until they bring it back up.

I believe one of the ISD or CCP people said it was supposed to be turned back on today. That may or may not happen though.

I just tried it again mate and the service is still down, you can keep an eye on it yourself at;

They have changed the date from the 28th to the 29th now too.. I will do it as soon as the service is back up.
