ok so on the account management page it says that account is active the account is different from this one I dont know if that matters but i activated it this morning and it says active so transfer when possible I will submit a ticket if you cant within the hour

Posting this here as public notice ISK has been transferred to this character. Due to an issue at ccp's side I am unable to transfer the character at this time. This character is sold and once ccp have killed whatever gremlin is pissing on their parade character will be transferred.
