Client wont patch, Cant Log into EVE or the website

Like the title says i cant get the client to get past

I also dont seem to be able to log into the Main eve website when i put my info in i just get redirected to the info screen.

I had to log in through eve gate to even get into the forums.

My first assumption was clearly something was wrong on my end. But i have run the repair tool. After that i reinstalled a client into a new directory to try that. No dice. So i Deleted both clients and my cache data and made a fresh install. Still nothing.

As it stands after validating i get stuck on step 2 of the updating process

1/4 Validating Client 0.0%

then

2/4 Creating Eve_Online_392804-392804_win.patch 0.0%

It wont Download and the error message says the following

The Server you are connecting to could not be reached

Please Check your internet Settings and restart EVE: Online Launcher

The url that could not be reached was
http://cdn1.eveonline.com/392804/RepairData_392804.dat



Also i have tried resetting my router and modem in the vain hope that it might be somehow related to the problem.

Unfortunately to no avail.

This is out of my depth and i don't know how to fix it can i please get some help? I did see the post about the issues with downloading the client. I used those links to get the client master files i used for the fresh install. And still nothing.

I would really like to get back into eve can i please get some help?

CCP seriously fix the patcher or scrap it this is truly getting ridiculous I'm not resubing later this month if this **** is not fixed. I pay to play . Not wait around hoping a dev will get me a patch that i can download to make the game work.

I can be really patient with technical issues but this manual patching has been going on for week or more now and you guys don't even have the current patch posted as of typing this up. So why should I continue to pay for a game i cant access.
