Were not allowed to talk about FORUM moderators, on the FORUMS?


Without giving me a stupid wiki link, could CCP Phantom please give me a detailed explication on why we cannot?

After all, they are FORUM moderators, so we should be able to complain about them on the FORUMS....


face it, scrap the ISD, they are more disruptive than good.

That's right. We, the community, are not allowed to contact or question our community moderators.

"We will create the introduction thread if that is requested by the community. Also, we will have an ISD Seminar about the CCL team in the coming weeks in which you can ask your questions about the CCL team and provide some constructive feedback to us." - Countless pages of locked threads and numerous permabanned accounts later, change is coming.

as much as some threads get out of hand, a constructive forum moderation discussion should not be locked imo. if someone gets out of hand, no point locking a whole thread.

We are also not permitted to have General Discussions about Eve in the General Discussion forum.

*That's what started my CCP rage a year or so ago and it's done nothing but get worse since. I used to spend my time helping people on th forums or in the rookie channel on my various account(almost all unsubbed now). After some heavy handed oppressive behavior by 2 employess one of which I'm happy to say is no longer employed, I've devoted myself to CCP bashing!

It's easy, we are not allowed to (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss) since CCP (EDITED - do not name) stated (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss). Then there was the Dev blog (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss) that said (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss).

And of course we all remember (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss), when CCP (EDITED - do not name) posted the actual rule that said (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss). And the ISD have said (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss).

I even think that fan fest (EDITED - do not name years) had a presentation the informed everyone about (EDITED - Not allowed to discuss).

Hope that clears up everything. Big smile

Eh? I was under the impression that you can't discuss moderation - ie so and so deleted that thread about whatsit and I think that's wrong because whatsit is important blah blah ad nauseum. And you can't discuss mods directly (ie I think that CCP Trollface looks like a troll! You can see his picture here at www.iamatroll.com). Oh by the way here is his phone number...

But not being able to even mention moderators? Er that's a bit harsh.

We are not "community" we are customers. CCP is a business. And you pay to play the game, not have forums. Forums are not mandatory. Just play by the rules as you are not as special as you may think.
