but for eve posting this means 0 to me and any one els if you going to make it mean some think then make a post and put it on there to make your self feel like a big man.

also if you look im not the only one saying this im just putting this out there so people can come as a team to stop the new ISD's

But i disagree with the merits of your poast and am in support of the forum moderators enforcing their rules, you can resort to personal attacks against my "silliness" but i am here to stay and counter your ill informed arguments. Why would i just go away and allow you to create new little sub-rules that would then be allowed here that people may not like.

9. The character being sold must be in an NPC corporation.

In what the GM's have stated there law is the ONLY law everyone's forum gets locked for 24 hours. Last I knew as being the paying customer for the selling character I HAD THE RIGHT AT ANYTIME TO NOT SELL hence your new by law is just placed for laughs.

Scenario - (best one in the real world in any sales) Let me think it over and I'll get back to you. This could be with in buying or selling of items that are not needed to SURVIVE in the world.

So if a player wants to think it over why would you be locking all their treads. ( And just another side note those people that use cash to pay for this game they ARE the ones that are keeping you with a Job.)

Our rules for selling characters are quite clear (available here):

9. The character being sold must be in an NPC corporation.
14. Prior to leaving a corporation, the character to be sold MUST send a corp-wide EVE mail stating that they are going to be sold and will be leaving for an NPC corporation.

Our FAQ about character transfers on the Account Management explains some of the reasons for these rule:

Why does my character have to be in an NPC corporation to be transferred?

Being in a player corporation is a serious commitment. There is no way for CCP to verify that you are transferring your character with the consent of your fellow corporation members. To transfer such a character you need to first resign from your corporation, after the transfer the character can reapply for the corporation and the corpmates then have the option of evaluating if they choose to reaccept the character under the changed circumstances.
