Evemon and pyfa do two different things. I haven't seen anything better than Evemon for skill training.

pyfa is a nice substitute for EFT.

No, I have not yet seen an update for Evemon which includes the new skill introduced.

No. I meant EveMon not EFT.

I did download Pyfa though and I do like it better than EFT. So long EFT.

I am sure that EveMon will put out an update soon - just need to keep an eye out for it I guess.

It all became so much harder when CCP started to give out crappy yaml and whatnot format instead of/and a nice full db dump.

I seem to recall at the last Fanfest that they were working to improve API for 3rd-Party Devs. Is this a work-in-progress thing or a "soon" thing?

API is being done stuff too, so is the db dumps that has gotten way worse imo.

CCP is working on CREST API to replace the existing one (don't get alerted, this will not happen any time soon, I estimate 3-5 years at least). Existing API has been left to its fate and no fixes or improvements have been done or planned.
Sure, yaml is better for the client to parse but those of us (3rd party devs) that are using servers, will have to "reinvent the wheel" and transpose those yaml files to a db structure.
As for the OP question, as soon as CCP provides us with the Inferno 1.1 SDE (Static Data Export), we'll work on providing an update to our apps.
