Looking to buy an amarr/min or amarr/caldari combat char, 15b budget

Lookin for a new combat character, must have at least:

Battleships 5 (amarr or minmatar)
Cruisers 5 (amarr or minmatar)
Frigates 5 (amarr or minmatar)

and all the t2 guns to go with it. Other stuff such as t2 ships, especially recons and t3s are a big plus. As little indy as possible is a big plus as well. Lookin to buy a character very soon, please show me what ya got!

Great character, but has minimal gunnery and is mostly focused in support. I'm definitely lookin for something more combat oriented. Thank you though.
