I'd spread fires, pestilence, a few earthquakes here and there, throw in some typhoons/hurricanes for good measure then demand that they worship me, and if not then I'd get pissed and show my wrath.

People are already doing that from some of the screen shots I've seen posted in the last few months.

I'd turn all systems into low/nullsec except newbie systems
