If it's a joke, it's in poor taste. If it's serious, then I stand by my word: I will take payment from Amarr in blood for every soul that was betrayed by his actions.

Yes, it's a proportionate response; a life for a life. The lives you take will, in turn, be taken from you in equal measure. If you want to kill a hundred, you must be prepared to lose a hundred of your own. If you kill a thousand, equal numbers of your own people will die.

Eventually, the cost will outweigh the potential gain.

So treachery justifies indiscriminate vengeance taking the place of justice? Interesting. Returning sin for sin only begets sinners. If you ever meet your end, I pray God is more merciful to you in death than you were in life.

I've outlined the measures I'm willing to take. If Matari die because of his actions, then an equal number of Amarrians will die in return. It's not 'indiscriminate vengeance' -- it's a fair and equal exchange. The one the Empire claims to value, despite ample evidence to the contrary.

I have no desire to randomly run around committing genocide. I will, however, do all that I can to ensure that anything Kazzzi gains from his betrayal will be offset by a proportionate loss.

Really, I don't think I can be any clearer in my intentions.

I apologize for my outburst, sister. After seeing that Kazzzi's message was merely a joke (though one made in very poor taste, I must say), I have allowed my anger to subside before posting again. When I read his words, my anger overwhelmed my common sense -- something about which I have been warned on several occasions.

Yes, I was angry. It's one thing to be betrayed by an Amarrian, or for a Matari to betray an Amarrian -- such things are common in wartime -- but for one of the Matari to betray his own people so blatantly would be a slap in the face to all of us that continue to fight for our freedom.

Again, I apologize for my anger. I will make every attempt to hold myself in check in the future.

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....

Technically, Kazzzi is Amarrian, so no surprise there.

I'm not sure what bothers me more. That anyone could believe Kazzzi capable of submitting to the Amarr Empire or the gross insensitivity of supposedly educated people to the anguish of drug addiction.
