WTB Starter Pilot. Cov Ops Pilot and or Probing alt. Needs to Have Low Sp.

I am looking for a Cov Op's Pilot and or a Prober Pilot. It needs, in the minimum, to have Scanning skills. Astrometrics, rangefinding, pinpointing ,etc ,etc,.

Looking for LOW SP TOON. 1-5Mil sp. Only looking to spend 1-1.5bil.

Unlikely to get much if anything at 1b tbh. Char transfer cost or isk equivalent is 2 plex so theres 940m just to transfer the char.

Nah, but it would make sense to do it like that. It's either 20$ US or 2 plexs. About 850-900mil.
