Let us make fresh, usable, snowballs.

Maybe take 1 clear ice to make 1000 of them or something.

It would be great fun for those of us who sit there wishing we had more snowballs.

1)

a) BPC from FW and low sec exploration for both snowballs and snowball launcher and snowball turret.

b) skill books sold in navy LP for Snowball Turrets and Launchers specialization in all sizes

2)

a) Aqueous Liquids from PI processed to Water which turned into ice in special Advance industry factory diagram that takes water in both inputs.

b) Snowball Launcher built with regular ores

3) Tech II invention for Snowball II and Snowball Launcher II, which increase effects.

4) Snowball Launcher instead of overheat, has overchill.

6) Snowballs can be used to extend the overheating cycles of allies or reduce overheating damage - in any case the effect should be to extend the time allies can overheat, like a remote repper.

Yes more snowballs!

I still have a launcher in my hanger XD

it is useless but I keep it as a sort of memento from when fun toys where allowed in game.

Sadly they got rid of them because some idiots cried about getting Concorded. someone snowed them and they responded with hard ammo.

on a fun note I remember once I got so outgunned during the snowball craze, I put one on my Kestrel and some dude showed up with four of them somehow. Made me wish I had a ship fitted with eight! it would have been a Toro Snowblower then XD

EVE is like swimming on a beach in shark infested waters,  There is however a catch...  The EVE Beach you also have to wonder which fellow swimmer will try and eat you before the sharks.
