Iciingdeath can pretty much fly a wide range of ships and is also placed to jump into others at 70% less time. Loki skils just need to be added. shield and armor skills are already done. laser and turret skills are high

thanks for the offer I am happy to accept but as we spoke I said I still have 13hrs before I am in a NPC corp

However if anyone wants to outbid the current 15b on offer.

The next decent offer I will accept 100% and I won't accept anything else even if it its more. it needs to be a tiny bit more than 15b
