Have fun @ Serenity OP.

Let's just say almost every single Chinese player I've talked to that have recently came to TQ due to Serenity being down all thinks that TQ is far superior than Serenity.

Where does it say this? Can you link me the terms and conditions that say I have to live in China to play preferable in English because so far I've not seen anything like this ? Seems racist too me also all the adverts have western peeps in them too so I'm can I get some clarification why I can't play on Serenity if Chinese are allowed on Tranq. The server is underpopulated for sure but with no T2BPO's that might change it seems to make sense for noobs to join Serenity over Tranquillity and develop an English speaking population.

Actually, CDC (The company running CEVE until just recently) was holding occasional T2 BPO lotteries until just ~2y ago. There used to be news articles with the exact types and I think even counts, but the lists were lost when CDC's site went down the other month. At least from memory, there were quite a few T2 ship (HACs and Logies come to mind) and module BPOs.

Uh oh, cancelling my tiancity account as we speak. You might want to publish somewhere that it is chinese only, a lot of people have already made accounts and are waiting with baited breadth for June 28th.

A lot of people don't really seem to know what the current deal with serenity is, allow me to inform all of you.

Serenity has been reset and is currently in closed beta with a company called tiancity. It is currently slated to enter open beta on June 28th.

Those of you hoping that serenity will be a magical wonderland are most likely going to be sorely dissapointed. Most of the english speakers that I know of who have accounts created them so that they could be like troll frontiersmen bringing innovative western stlye ganks and scams to the untamed wilderness of a new server and to exploit it for its untapped natural tear resources.

I would post a guide on how to make an account, but CCP "Dunkmaster Supreme" Sreegs would likely dunk on me harder than the force of 1000x Space Jams and declare me an unperson, so I will refrain, also he is very huggable and I would not want to do anything that could potentially limit the amount of hugs I might receive from him.

Making an account was the hardest part because the logins are all in Chinese script but it's nothing that goggle translate can't handle. The client itself is in English so there is no problem once you get passed the registration. The registration is all in english characters anyway you just need to google translate and copy and paste any query fields or pop up errors.

The funniest part was getting Chinese ID and name because the pop up if you get it wrong is hilariously scary or maybe just a good translation ''Please fill in your real name to protect your rights and interests'' 请填写您的真实姓名，以保障您的用户权益.

Has pretty much all the info you need to join. I heard if you don't have a Chinese ID or can't find one on the net you will be limited to 3hrs play per day which is plenty in my opinion anyway you dam EVE junkies!

You know, if you're looking for a server that has no t2 BPO use, and you can't talk with anyone, why not use Sisi? Takes that bothersome extra 'M' out of MMO.

Plenty of people speak English on Serenity and there are actually 2 English speaking alliances and now with the server about to exit beta and go fully live it's the ideal time to get involved in the Serenity action. With the English speaking alliances expected to do very well with their longer eve experiences. Also Serenity has not been down it was just Chib linked to the wrong server. As for player populace it will only grow and grow while Tranq shrinks.
