CCP, any word on a semi-official rollout date

I know that given CCP's track record, heck, ANY software company's track record, a hard date for the winter release is public relations suicide.

But can CCP give us a general month they are shooting for, and how much before TQ release we could see the changes on Sisi? I know some things are appearing on Sisi now, but I remember the lead time we had on Sisi when Apochrypha came out. My crew spent a month on Sisi testing everything we could about wh's.

I would love to see the changes for af's, hybrids, et al proposed by Hilmar be given the same lead time, and I would love to know what month the official T1 release is being targeted for.

Well before could also mean 23:59 december 24
