This basically allows a Rookie to roam the EVE universe and learn the game and i believe 50million is a good enough bar . as he crosses the 50 million in assets mark he should be pvpable ...

And if they just happen to find a Deadspace module worth several mil or a friend donates them cash from the get-go? Them they'd reach tour 50-mil mark prematurely.

If anything, 50mil.. is not really as much as it seems.

Of course people cry about newbies when hulks costing 300mil+ blow up, but let's not get too far into that.

while i have no love for goons, i do commend you on your trolling efforts. i had a corpie try to get a spy alt into goonwaffe and they told him to write a story with tons and tons of silly prerequisites in order to join.
