So I haven't played in 3 years, I am sitting on 18m SP mostly in drones/gunnery/SC with gallente focus and minmitar off focus.

I recently reactivated my account after a very long time to find myself in an NPC corp, which is probably for the best given my newbness to the game since returning. Let me walk you through how I make money and the PvP I like.

1) I do level 4's in a domi for money. I have a raven trained alt with about 10m SP but I can't afford to keep 2 accounts running and until I get a feel for the game and find myself playing more I doubt I would reactivate it for money. I currently have enough money and can run level 4's almost AFK so that isn't an issue overall but lvl 4 money is slow

2) I really only want to fly cruiser/BC sized ships in PvP right now, I am ideally wanting to fly blaster ships (thorax/brutix) But honestly since my return I am finding myself leaning towards wanting to fly a rupture/stabber and MAYBE a hurricane but honestly I want to kind of focus on cruiser hulls for at least a month or two.

So you can see these two things present a problem. I can't join a lowsec corp because I can't jump to mission (i mission in a 0.5 and decline lowsec missions) and I can't really join a nullsec corp/alliance because if we are at war then I end up unable to mission and thus unable to make money (and to be honest I enjoy missioning and spacing out for a few hours here and there).

So I am not really sure where to go from here, does anyone have some suggestions? keep in mind I only want to fly cruiser hulls and interceptors right now, possibly interdictors at some point but eh.

As always these are my ideal conditions, I am not adverse to being flexible but I want to start looking for my ideal conditions and then go from there :)

Arrow Factional Warfare - that combines both pew-pew pvp and isk making.
Arrow Lowsec ratting and anomalies in pvp fitted ships
Arrow Lowsec exploration - train your alt for scanning ( T1 scanning frig is good for starters but you would like to train covops frig eventually ). Get your main character into Ishtar ( pefect in Serpentis/Guristas space ). You can do it on one account even ( just train scanning on your Ishtar character and fit probe launcher )

Since you have been away for a while, check out Day 0 Advice for New Players. St Mio's “What to do in EVE Online” may also provide inspiration.

For clruiser-size PvP there is also Red Vs Blue!

Factional warfare is the one I am the most interested in without actually doing much reading. How profitable is exploration compared to lvl 4's (this is my baseline). The biggest issue is PvPing while still being able to have steady income.

I actually seen red vs blue on the forums, was really interested. Thanks for the reading, will check it out when I wake up.

'Steady income' and 'exploration' are two mutually exclusive terms Lol
The drops are random. The sites you find are also random. There is no isk/h as far as exploration is concerned.
In Caldari lowsec you can get up to 3bil ( form DED6 ), Serpentis lowsec is less profitable. It is all subject to the same randomness however.
Exploration is my only source of income ( I don't have experience with missions ) and I can say that it can be very profitable. I have no problem plexing 3 accounts every month and fly most ships that I want.
