I've repeatedly had agents refuse to give me missions despite my meeting the requirements.

In the attached screenshot, you can see that the agent Kueres Malayme is shown to be "available to you." You can see that she requires a standing of 5.0, and I have a standing of 5.3. She moved to "available to you" section from the "not available to you" section when I reached an effective standing with her of 5.0, as her agent information describes. However, she still will not give me missions. I had a similar problem at level 3, where I couldn't get missions until my standing was far higher than it should have needed to be.

Edit: This problem always seems to fix itself while I'm asleep...I assume when the server maintenance occurs.

Hey i've been having the same issue, i was showing +3 with Core Complexion and +5 with Viziam, but i ran a storyline with the first and all of them reduced significantly (around 1.8). I think it is a bug where the standings screen and the agent conversations show an anomalous quantity.

I do have to tell you, it seemed weird that lvl 1 and 2 missions gave me such an standings increse, but i'm so skilled in the social area and have had a long time without running missions that i bought the thing.

Anyways, i've filed a petition and sent the link to this thread. Hope we get some more reports and CCP gets aware of the issue.
