Eve Central isn't really all that reliable

Their web servicing sucks! Nearly every time I go to use them, there is an error. So are there any other agitators that I could use?

you mean the free web service you're getting at no cost to do for you what you don't have the knowledge desire or skill to do yourself?

I use www.evemarketeer.com. As a bonus it also pulls eve-central data into its own database, so whatever is on eve-c, is also on marketeer. And quite often more.

My favourite site for market data is eve-marketdata.com. It has some resources like profitable trade routes and what items you should stock in certain markets in null or low sec or in systems near them.

evemarkeeter has downtime too, but usually when one is down the other is up.

btw, if you dont like the data they host, you can get a market uploader and help to make it better... consider it as a payment for the service they are giving you.

also, i found that on the case of eve-central their API is still running even when the website is down. so you can make a googledocs spreadsheet to pull the prices for you.
