Especially with low sp chars, it's not necessarily a plus if you're trained into both gunnery and carrier specs, since you lack the sp to do both well and - more importantly - miss out on other crucial skills such as jump drive calibration etc, which you could have trained already if you left out the guns.

That said, a nice starter carrier (maybe dread due to guns) pilot, some basics are missing (energy management V big plus, capital remote armor repair!), my guess is sth in the range from 7 to 8b.

Are you taking any offers ? I think That's really A high Price for this toon as its missing core skills at 5 and some other tid bits
If u looking to be cap ready ur still about a years away and thats not with every thing at 5. all this toon really has is Ter 3 and Bs 5 And cost of skill books most you will ever get for this toon is 4.5 - 5.5 bil Imo and that high end.
