When they changed it? For some reason I can't put my Harbinger in there because I have small secure container in cargohold. So, for me it still works like it used to.

Did you ever read pop ups

Pop clearly says:

You can't have anything other then AMMO in your hold. So unless you found a way to shoot secure containers, it isn't ammo.

And you can fit anything in it. I use one to relocate ships in high-sec with an orca.

Whatever - my concern is with jettisoning fitted and rigged ships.

Yes, you can "Launch Ship from Bay". In space, right click your Orca and open the Ship Maintenance Bay. Then right click the ship you want to launch and click "Launch Ship from Bay". This will place the ship in space where anyone can board it.

Orca's been my alts favourate ship since i got them into one, tonnes of uses - mostly used as mobile office for exploration and corporate hangers for carrying around expensive loot as well as running 3 gang links (not just mining links, oddly something mine rarely ever uses), orca pilots better off in npc corps or corps with good security while recruiting otherwise you could end up with no orca very quickly...

TONNES of uses, THE best highsec support ship

I thought you were able to actually fit (build) ships out in space with the Orca. So for example, I can pilot the Orca, but I have ships in Maintenance bay that I can't pilot and thus all of its fittings I can't use either, but my alt can... how do you fit the ships?

Ugh I am so dumb... you can just contract it. Corpmate wants a SB at the ready, he builds it, contracts it to you, you store it in the Orca. Just takes a little more planning and time, but if there is another way where you can have someone actually fit a ship in space, I couldn't figure it out.

I take it you have never right-clicked the Orca before.
