So here we have evidence of a new strain of whining, forum warrior whining. First we need a legally tight definition of a new player and now we need a 500 word essay on what is information and what isn't. Maybe you forum posters need some HTFU. Yay, what I did to Mitnal would've gotten me banned now. Thankfully due to the international rules of ex post facto I can't be prosecuted Big smile

CCP's not bound by any laws regarding Ex Post Facto punishments, because it's a private corporation, running a private board, and thus can't really be bound to prohibitions that target countries.

... Or Has CCP gone ahead and just bought Iceland yet? Those crazy Vikings.
