WTB [service] - Forum Signature. *250m* isk reward

There are many good artist in the eve community, and ive got isk to spend. I want a sick forum sig, and im willing to pay more than most- 250m isk. So here are the rules:

With my last name being "hyde", i was thinking of a darker, evil theme. "Virus" is a good idea.
The new torp raven shooting the new torp missiles must be in the banner with "Pigeon Fleet" typed below it. (or you can get creative and put it on the ship itself somehow)
I dont want my eve portrait on the signature, but i do want my name on it.

There you have it. As you can see- i havent limited you guys very much. I am not a creative person- and it doesnt take much to impress me. So the first sig i fall in love with will be bought. If you have further questions, plz post or contact me ingame. If you happen to know of somone that does great work- feel free to refer them to me/ me to them.

Plz note that i want the signature theme to flow. A shiny raven in the middle of a dark theme doesnt make much sense- so you might need to play with the textures/ lighting.

Third refined attempt of the original first.

Went with the green color to signify a "Virus" look.

Took the more "sci-fi" route with the lettering.

think you could add some missle smoke/explosion effects? And the print for my name- make it a little more... badass :)

And could you also make it the size of what Jack has his? when i scale it down, it doesnt look as good.

Also, can you put in smaller print "Dr. Otard" near Master Hyde? thx!
