WTB Combat pilot, around 7B budget, prefer female, amarr / caldari focus

As in topic title, I am currently looking for a preferably female char whom is focused into Amarr, with perhaps some Caldari crosstraining, the other way around is fine aswell :D but i prefer a focused char without wasted SP. (Prefer to be sub-cap.)
Around 20-30 million, depending on how focused you are ofcourse Big smile
Great armor + Gunnery skills are a must, decent shield ones are a pro. (If caldari, the shields + missiles are a must, gunnery+ armor a pro... you get the idea :))
Not taking any names that include numbers, weird letters, references to food, or leet/internetspeek

My budget is around 7 billion, but I can stretch if your char is amazing to me, just dont expect me buying your 100M + SP char for a reasonable amount, I cannot afford Smile
