I believe CCP now needs to introduce two new concepts to EVE Online:

1) Sun cream for corpses. If people wish to bring their loved ones to the bridge while in a deceased state, they should be ensured that no sunlight will strike their skin. I am a strong believe of this, as i suspect that any attempt at a tan would induce an Orc like green skin tinge to said loved one. This should be avoided at all costs, lest a fresh round of WoW jokes come to the fore.

2) It would be expected that on some occasions, people like the OP may desire to call on their loved ones to perform some duties aboard ship similar to their previous occupation as capsuleers.

I believe a re-animation device should be installed upon every capsuleer-centric ship so all our loved ones who are along with us on this journey may assist in the day to day runnings of the ship: shield boosting, armour repping, targeting etc. I think that despite their disability, reanimated corpses should add to a modules positive effects while both are running.

I must admit I was frozen at the thought of this but then I realized OP was dead serious.

I, too, want a trophy room for the corpses of my enemies. And to play mortician and dress them up to cover the blaster burns.

CCP mostly sucks at their job, but Veritas is a pretty cool dude.

I mean, how cool would it be to have those hookers you accidentally flash-froze while jettisoning ammunition last week still chilling around your station quarters?

CCP mostly sucks at their job, but Veritas is a pretty cool dude.

We should have trophy cases for corpses. People will buy that.

And a trophy case for your medals

And your medals on your uniform

A uniform that would be corp/alliance standard, with rank insignia

All of that in the NEX [as it should have been all along]

People would buy that.

Give pilots something that is relevant to their experience, and priced like we have an understanding of what 'micro-payment' means, and they'll sell like crazy.

On the topic at hand: CCP should hire an in-house psychologist and sociologist, like it has an economist, because these people wouldn't know where to start writing their papers on players in online third-places at the start of the third millennium.

CCP should make EVE the de facto standard as a laboratory for new developments in persistent online [gaming] worlds.

Personally, I'd like a way to mount the corpses to Torpedo's, Missiles n such. Possibly using residual benefits from implants in their shattered skulls to add in targeting, guidance etc.

The idea of launching hundreds of corpse-ridden missiles in an alpha to me is delicious....

I will admit, since the first mention of station walking. I was eagerly hoping that part of that expansion would have included the ability to display "Trophies". I have enough to where I could sit around having a cold one with cold ones.

Anychance this could happen sometime?

can we expect to have a corpse creation session, much like a character creation session? After all if i were to have, oh I don't know... Riverini's corpse, i'd want people to see it and say, "Hey, thats Riverini. He never looked so good. The ball gown is a bit much however."

After creating your character, you have an option of creating a few corpse poses, nothing too extreme, cause we do want to put clothes on it, even if its just a clown nose, corset, stiletto heels and "kick me" sign.

And if I were able to have friends over for Quafe and spirits, it would be nice to have one of theirs in there as well.. Sort of like, "Haha, remember that time you got drunk and hull tanked your Laser Megathron and went as bait? Care for another drink?"

Use the force without consent and the court wont acquit you even if you are a card carryin', robe wearin' Jedi.
