Looking to buy a Wyvern sitter.

Must Have:
-The ability to fly a Wyvern (do I need to say it?)
-Ability to fit faction/officer cloak.

Preferred to Have:
-Jump skills at 5
-Ability to use ECM drones
-Basic tank skills
-Ability to fly Recon ship
-Ability to use Cyno

I may consider a higher SP Chimera pilot that can fly a Wyvern.
