Hi,

So I am in the process of getting my amarr standings up to 4.0, so I am able to run cosmos missions. I have completed all of the Kudi system Data Center agents, however I have stalled out at 3.77.

I could have possibly made it to 4.0 if the first two Agents weren't bugged.

But, back to my question. If I were to run the other data center agents (for Ammatar) would I also get faction standing for Amarr? The Amarr has a 9.0 mutual standing with the Ammatar.

I am not very versed with the game mechanic on standings.....any help would be much appreciated.

Yes you would get Amarr faction standings too. Every time you get faction standings you get the derived standing changes too. It's partly the reason why doing missions for one faction for too long can make you to be shot on sight when flying in the space of their racial enemy. The standings the faction has towards other factions determines the direction and size of the derived faction standing changes. A positive 9.0 standing will mean you will get a large derived faction standing change, so you sould be able to easily bump you amarr standings by improving your ammatar standings.

As an additional point you might consider training social skills a bit, if you already haven't. They make a significant impact on standings and standing increases you gain, so training them will help and could even make further faction standing grinding unnecessary.

e.g. Career Agents are easy way to get some. They work as storyline agents, so last mission from each Career Agent gives faction standing.
