Trying to upgrade a Trial Account

I've had a petition in for 2 days now and it still hasn't seen a response. Is this typical?

I'm trying to upgrade a Trial Account but get an error every time. Tried different browsers and tried leaving it a couple of days, nothing works. Anyone else had a similar issue?

Come on CCP, I'm trying to give you money here! 2 days and waiting is a bloody terrible response time. Sort it out.

Did you petition under the "billing and account" category?
They are normally answereda lot faster than that

What category did you put it under.

High priority petitions are usually solved within hours (sometimes even minutes).

Low priority petitions could take weeks (or months) to be solved.

Public roams channels: RvB Ganked / Redemption Road / Spectre Fleet / Bombers bar / The Content Club

Yea its very important to have it in the correct category, I had a problem once and I had a reply from a GM, litterally, within 30 seconds.

It's under "Trial Accounts" category... I'll try and change it or submit a new one.
