Add a simple check box in the UI

"Show Employment History."

If turned off, other players cannot see your employment history, ergo they could not tell how old your toon is just by reading your bio.

Because let's face it, age is skill points and skill points is just as much a factor as the ship itself (if not more so). Hide this information and the skill points of a potential PvPer is no longer easily predictable. Are they really a just a hapless newbie in a destroyer that they can barely fly, or are they secretly some veteran combat master who's only flying that to lure you in?

Only one way to find out.

And tell me what self-respecting PvPer would not love that added element of danger & surprise? C'mon, you know you want this.

I see where you're coming from. Its not like I walk around town with my CV/Resume taped to my forehead.

Recruiting decent people is a long and hard process. This would make it harder.

Many corporations require an API key before recruiting. Employment history can be made available there.

Whatever game you've been playing these last few years, it must be lots of fun.
