money is not an issue but wont pay overprice if you have 10m sp in industry/science

i want:

able to fly minmatar or amarr hac with t2 guns
able to fly minmatar or amarr T2 frigates
good gunnery skills
decent supportskills
needs to be able to enter hisec

Meets your requirements, and then some. But seeing as how you didn't post a budget, go ahead and have a look. Might be a bit more than you're looking for, but who knows.

11.4m+ in gunnery, all supports to V. T2 beam and pulse, small medium and large.
Good support skills. 2.9m engineering, 4.2m mechanics, 6.3m navigation.
HAC's at lvl 4.
Positive sec status
Bonus: nearly perfect Legion pilot. Also flies Archon with JDC V.
