Im the owner of Volltz sorry for all that has happened. You will get the toon. Dont worry. My account got banned for a miss understanding by CCP. All should be cleared soon, as soon as they resolve the problem. I am trying to accelerate the process but we have to give them time to respond which takes a couple of days. Account been banned since thursday when i tried to transfer the toon.
