The rebalance changes have made me stay

I love the concept of eve and the immersion. But for the past 5 years I've tried to play on and off but could never stay. One of the main things that turned me off every time is seeing so many ships then finding out only about 10% were actually viable or had any role. And then in each class of ship for each race there is always one that is better than the others in every way due to the tier system. This drove me away because there was such potential for diversity, and I like games with many options that are competative.

Every single change so far, and the ones presented in the most recent dev blog have me very excited and sticking with the game this time. I can't thank CCP enough and applaud them for what looks to me a very intelligent and well though out re-design. It is exactly what the game needed in my opinion.

There is a clear direction and the implimentation is spot on in this humble gamers opinion.

So to whomever is working on these re-balances, I thank you very very much. You're doing an awesome job, keep up the good work.

word. Frig changes look great, pumped for the new dessies, but I'm most excited for cruisers. That's a year off from now though, lol.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what cruiser changes we get, the frigates changes have made them more interesting so here's hoping.

I agree with the Op with one proviso - CCP needs to make sure this carries on getting iterated on for as long as it requires. I have to admit this is something they havent been very good at in the past but recent experience has made me reasonably confident that this is going to be the case.

TL.DR - Good work so far CCP, make sure you keep it up and I'll stay a happy gamer.
