The crucifier too, "The Cruficier is being changed to a mini-arbitrator (swapping useless turret capacitor use bonus for drone damage)."

I've always wanted a T1 frigate drone carrier and I've always liked the Navitas hull, even though I never saw much point in flying one since the tutorial in 2008.

I WILL be flying it now. One of the most beautiful frigate hulls in the game imho.

Im glad they didn't change exploration frigs AND they're getting a buff. The rest of the frigs also sound similar to ideas thrown around in the forums, I can't wait. Especially new Condor/Exec/Navitas hulls

Also, inb4 gankers crying about Mining Barges getting more EHP.

does that mean the Ishkur is going to become more Meh? Since you can use a T1 to get similar drone damage. Let the ishkur have 40 M/bit...4 meds would make it more fun to play with.

Just don't give the Ishkur the Navitas hull please. it was bad enough when the Helios got slapped with the Imicus hull.

I'm excited about the changes too! As a very new EVE citizen, I wanted a noobie drone boat but none were to be found. I also like the Navitas hull (it's symmetrical!)

In one year they'll start balancing t1 cruisers and battlecruisers, the ships that are used 10x more!

Oh well i can;t complain. Atleast they ARE changing stuff and its going in the right direction. I just wish is wasn't so far away...

I wonder how a T1 drone frig will work? Are we talking about full flight of Hammerhead IIs here, with hull damage bonus? Because that's something like 150 cap-free, ammo-free, high slot-free DPS. Without the new drone damage module.

The Imicus is already a sort of drone frigate - when I started as a Gallente player who wanted to use drones, I went the Imicus-Vexor-Myrm-Domi route. I'd imagine a drone frig would be like the Imicus (i.e. could field 3 light drones) but just with an actual drone damage bonus on top of the range bonus.

Good, it's nice seeing some changes being done to currently useless ships to make them more useful. Were finally going to have a real frig drone boat, safe to say I am going to have fun in that thing wrecking havoc.
