Hi CCP.

I'll be short and to the point. A lot of players are "watching what you do, not what you say", and the only way to regain their trust is to show that you're not just making promises of fixing things Soon(tm), but also give them hard numbers about how you're going to actually to it.

So how about you give them something hard to sink our claws into? Like posting tomorrow the changes for capital ships that were decided this week? If you wait weeks to publish the dev blogs, you're going to have the community growing impatient with you again and starting to buy into the "Hilmar wasn't honest with his letter" theory.

Now is not the time to keep your cards close to your chest, CCP. We need excitement to replace the boredom, and that require cold, hard facts.

The above is a prime example of a player made bitter by the lack of concrete things to look forward to.

CCP, save a kitten, give us blogs with numbers on them.
