Bond 13: 20 Billion @5% Filled

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It's that time again for another Kei Darker 30ish day bond of ship trading and having fun in Jita and surrounding areas.
If you're not familiar with my previous bonds, do some searching around or whatnot! But those of you I'm targeting for investment in this bond probably have seen them already. There are twelve of them over approximately the last 18 months.

This bond will be my largest yet at 20 Billion @ 5 percent. No collateral.
The reason for the jump from 15 to 20B is that in my most recent 15B bond, I didn't have enough money in my wallet at one point to fill further orders beyond escrow. That's no good, so I'm trying to avoid that.

I'm planning a more than normal amount of record keeping for this bond. i.e. I will actually keep track of my profits and try to figure out how I'm doing with this amount of ISK. My strategy in general involves a (fairly) large number of orders with decent margins in high price ranges (mostly 100+ Million prices, with 3-15% margins). These orders aren't updated nearly as often as they were being updated in my first few bonds, as I have quite a bit more going on in my life than I did when I was running them. With more record keeping during this 13th bond, I'll be able to see how I'm doing with this pace of things.

Anyways - as usual, the plan is simple and I have fun doing it. Invest if there's room left and let's all have fun.

Bond official start date will be within the next 2 days or so. Most likely June 13th and will run for approximately 1 month, give or take a few days.

Current Investors:
Tom Hagen - 7.5 Billion
Oerlikon Llama - 5 Billion
Vaerah Vahrokha - 2 Billion
Miss Boobz - 2 Billion
Yarri Jiark - 2 Billion
Black Madness - 1.5 Billion


Investors will be given the opportunity to rollover their investment at the end of the bond . Investors will be added in the order they post a request to reserve a spot.

ISK can be sent once I have approved your spot on the reserve list, or you can wait until the official start date or request for isk, which will be announced once the bond has filled.

BOND HAS BEEN FILLED. No further requests to fill spots will be accepted.
ISK can be sent by investors immediately.
Bond will begin on June 12 or 1 day after last of ISK is received, no later than June 15.
Rollover opportunities will be given near end of bond.
Spreadsheets and API stuff are available to investors upon request via evemail.

Aw shoot...

Well it seems my combat alt just lost his dread and I'm going to need most of this money back ASAP...

If anyone was really looking forward to getting in on this, I'm willing to sell some or all of my share for 90 cents on the dollar so I can get a new dread going right away.

Just send me the ISK for 90% of how much you want to buy (900m for a 1b share for example), and I'll let Kei know I transferred ownership to you. Please post here after sending the ISK so people don't overbuy and I have to send a bunch of disappointed people back their ISK. Thanks.

I can see that you have a lot of extra billions right now Kei.
I am looking for some where to put some extra ISK, but I cant say that I really need it. So I don't mind if you want to spread your wealth and get new investors in. Then you reduce my share.
But if so, since you atm are only 2,5 billion short without my ISK I would prefer if you got some other investor for that part also so I don't have to bother with it at all.

Just for clarification. I am just giving Kei some options on who he wants as his investor (some times it might be good to have a broad base of ISK suppliers instead of a few), and other people with smaller investment a chance to participate in a, in EVE terms safe investment.
If Kei prefer fewer investors and bigger chunks I don't mind, got the ISK in my wallet. Just let me know Blink

Thanks for the offer, Tom. I don't mind keeping it to few investors though.

Oerlikon has opted to reduce his investment from 7 Billion to 5 Billion, so that freed up 2 Billion in space.
Miss Boobz will therefore have room to invest with me.

There is now no further remaining space in this investment.

Investor list will be updated. ISK can be sent immediately.
Bond will officially begin tomorrow, or 1 day after all ISK is received. Bond will run approximately 30 days.

Investors, if you would like API, please ask via evemail.
If you'd like access to a google spreadsheet i'm planning on using to track this investment, also feel free to ask via evemail.

Though I'm sure most of you are fairly smart out there... ignore this silliness.
SetrakDark has not (and never will) send me ISK to invest, nor will she sell her stake, which does not exist.

Receipt of funds confirmed.

Bond 13 will officially begin on June 13 and finish some time around July 13.

hi,

i have a question about your bonds

do you have a minimum amount of isk that i need if i want to get in or not

i know that this bond is full but i would like to know for possible future investments :)

To keep things simple, I'd prefer to have reservations in increments of 500 million ISK.
If for whatever reason I would need to fill them with smaller (100 million ISK) chunks, I'd settle for that, but I don't really see that happening these days.

Bond 13 has been paid out.
Those who rolled over have been paid the interest.
Those who did not opt to rollover have been paid the initial investments plus interest.


This bond was successful, and a write up of success has been mailed (a few days back) to investors. A small summary is also in the bond 14 posting. Bond 14 is now also full and ready to begin.
